DUAL RESISTANCE AND OVERSPEED TRAINER

The Dima overspeed / resistance system is a very usefull and effective tools for resistance & overspeed training.

The work can be done by fixing the para blond tube to a fixed point or in pairs with an athlete in action and a helper who slows down the athlete's run.

The system makes it possible to work on resistance but also on overspeed using the tension of the para blond tube.

Including :

- 2 wide belts closing with velcro, fitting the waist perfectly. Equipped with a ring for the passage of the parablond tube

- 12.50 meters of very extensible parablon tube (surgical elastic)

Blond natural rubber with very high resistance to abrasion and breaking, excellent mechanical properties and ideal for elastic and damping applications.
