Parkour (PK), the art of displacement (ADD) or even Free-running are acrobatic sports disciplines which consist in overcoming obstacles and efficient displacement thanks to agile movements (rolling, running, jumps, acrobatics, climbing movements...)
Parkour appeared in the early 1990s in the Parisian suburbs, it was originally practiced both in the city environment and in nature. The objective is to move as quickly as possible and to cross urban or natural obstacles.
For several years, many associations have been created and the activity has spread to gymnasiums where as many people as possible can discover, learn and improve their skills in this discipline.
Training in the gym allows you to work on technical movements in a safe environment and with safe equipment in order to avoid the risk of injury.
